1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and ocs8 ("ocs8," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ocs8.win. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ocs8 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with ocs8, you must meet and continue to meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. ocs8 will conduct age verification during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not excluded from gambling at ocs8 through any self-exclusion programme or regulatory restriction.
• You have not previously had an ocs8 account closed due to breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at ocs8. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing restrictions constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. ocs8 is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false or inaccurate account information.

3. Account Security and Access

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ocs8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Not permit any other person to access or use your ocs8 account.
• Notify ocs8 immediately via Live Chat support if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, until ocs8 is notified of any unauthorised access and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

ocs8 will never request your password through any channel other than the official login form on ocs8.win. Any communication purporting to be from ocs8 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at ocs8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds must be deposited from a payment method registered in your own name. ocs8 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified in the Cashier section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where practicable. 6. Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Players agree to use the ocs8 platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human engagement.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Money laundering or using the ocs8 platform as a mechanism for financial crime of any description.
• Chargebacks or reversal of payment transactions through your bank or payment provider after wagering has taken place.

ocs8 reserves the right to void bets, suspend, or permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected or established. Where applicable, ocs8 will report suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ocs8 shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond ocs8's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ocs8's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ocs8 platform, you agree to first contact ocs8 support to seek resolution. ocs8 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution process established under ocs8's applicable gaming licence.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ocs8 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on ocs8.win, constitute the entire agreement between you and ocs8 in relation to your use of the platform.
